How can you tell whether a skincare product has got radioactive contaminant? if one feel alright after using, does it mean product is safe?

Not likely: Most skin care products use inexpensive ingredients and there is little supervision of these products by governmental agencies. Thus they could have various forms of contamination without your knowledge or even that of the manufacturer. Radioactive contaminants must be extremely rare if ever; you should be more concerned about toxic ingredients and whether the product is worth the cost.
