See below: While it is difficult to identify a second generation anti psychotic without any weight issues, (risperdal is the best ) other meds may help selected symptoms and are associated with no weight gain or even weight loss - topamax, (topiramate) wellbutrin. However, depending on the sympttoms being addressed, these may not be appropriate.
