Exercise: Getting regular exercise (at least 30 minutes a day where your heart rate is up), enough sleep (7-8 hours a night) and a healthy diet. Avoiding processed foods. Having sex every other day during your ovulatory time is best too. Typically days 9-15, but if you are using a chart, you know best when you're ovulating!
