See your doctor: Ladies who have periods loose iron in their menstrual blood flow. This iron needs to be replaced by what you eat and by vitamins and iron. Your physician can do a blood test to check for anemia--other clinical associations would be fatigue, paleness, generally not energetic--check with your physician. Hope you make the team!
