i have a 3 week old baby that when she cries hard she takes in a breath it sounds like her chest is thumping, then she starts a panting behavior?

NOT NORMAL: That does not seem normal for a 3 weeks old having breathing problem. Make sure his heart and lungs are normal? Too early for breath holding spells.
