After sitting in a laying down position i started to get this pain. Underneath my right rib kinda in the middle what could it be? Just from sitting?

Rib dysfunction: Happens sometimes from sitting in awkward positions. Read more about here... http://www.basicspine.com/conditions-procedures/pain-management/slipped-rib-syndrome.html if the pain doesn't go away on it's own, try swimming or pull ups to see if it gets pulled back in. Keep in mind it could be something else like gall bladder, etc. See a doctor if none of these help.
