One where: You take in less than you burn off and lose weight - that's the goal. It's 3500 calories to burn off to lose one pound. Metformin may help. See your doctor. Good luck. I don't know what "no thyroid" means; either you have no thyroid problem, or you have no thyroid. Your doctor can analyze which it is and treat it if indicated.
