Not corn flakes!: I don't consider corn flakes a healthy diet choice, esp. If not organic as they are genetically modified and contain bt toxin . Corn flakes are a great example of a high-carb food with low nutrient density that increases risk of obesity & diabetes. Yogurt is fine but should also be organic. Organic eggs are a good choice, but fruits, veggies, nuts & beans are good choices too. See my comment:.

Most yogurts are loaded with extra sugar, so I advise plain organic yogurt and add fruit if desired. See http://drrandybaker.com/2013/04/22/organic-food-diet/ Also see www.drfuhrman.com/library/foodpyramid.aspx and www.huffingtonpost.com/andrew-weil-md/carbohydrates-weight-loss_b_1937312.html (see his "discuss that" link in his article too) for good advice re: healthy diets.
