can a young woman's anorexia today cause problems in future pregnancies?

Definitely: This is the same as asking "can malnutrition cause problems with future pregnancies?" or "can electrolyte imbalances (from vomiting) cause problems?" they can and do. You owe it to yourself and future children to get adequate, experienced help.
