One option: Clear your home and/or work environment of the junk food. Hide your cash/cards if tempted to drive thru. There are reasons that these foods are craved. If you work with a nutritionist to create a healthy meal plan and stick to it with good fats like nuts, avocado, coconut oil, and healthy proteins and lots of vegetables with some small healthy fruits, you might just lose the temptation.
