That would be a very: High rate of loss - even with morbid obesity. Consider why not consider a more attainable goal such as 48 pounds to 96 pounds max over that period of time. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training.
