Decongestants: The best methods include using decongestants like sudafed, mucus thinners like mucinex, (guaifenesin) & nasal sprays like Neo-Synephrine or afrin. It is also helpful to pinch nose, close mouth, and gently blow to pop the ears frequently. If this still doesn't work, see doctor.
