would you do ct angiogram in 18 yr old with exertion chest pain after ecg, stressecg, 24hecg, echo, cadiac mri, cardiac angiography, all normal?

CTA : I personally would be unlikely to recommend that radiation exposure in such a patient without a strong belief there was a risk/benefit preponderance to benefit. Without more information i wouldn't predict benefit given all the other studies.
