Hair growth: The average rate of hair growth is about 0.5 inches per mouth. There is no vitamin to help speed up your hair growth rate, but poor lifestyle habits, including stress, junk foods, lack of exercise, smoking, heavy alcohol use, and sun exposure may negatively affect your hair follicles. So avoid these things. Exercise stimulates the blood to flow. The nutrient-rich blood nourishes hair follicles.
