Types: Schizophrenia is divided into types based on the symptoms that are most prominent such as paranoid, disorganized, undifferentiated catatonic and residual type. Disorganized type is characterized by speech and behavior that are disorganized or difficult to understand. They also have inappropriate emotions such as laughing for no reason.Their disorganized behavior can impair their ability to function.
