It depends: I've never told a patient that they will be on whatever i prescribe for the rest of their life. Nobody has a crystal ball and can predict the future. Certain types of exercise, and cognitive behavioral therapy can help. . Medications can help. First line: cymbalta, savella, (milnacipran) and lyrica. Second line: pamelor, elavil, and neurontin. I avoid narcotics like oxycodone; there is no proof that they work.

Several: There are several types of heart defects, but doctors usually classify them into several broad categories. Cyanotic defects cause your baby to turn cyanotic, or blue. Obstructive defects block the normal flow of blood through the heart and its associated blood vessels. Septal defects cause "holes" between the heart's chambers. And hypoplastic defects make one side of the heart smaller.

Certainly: Subsidence of symptoms, e.g., painful urination or fever, does not generally mean complete clearing of uti. Premature termination of drug treatment results in leaving half-dead (antibiotic resistant) bugs behind.
