Hormone check: This suggests extra androgens on board -- perhaps from polycystic ovarian syndrome, glucose intolerance, or some other cause. Look for the underlying reason. Hair can be lasered off and acne can be treated -- usually in this case topical agents are sufficient. Good luck.
