Confusion,: Dizziness, memory loss, slurred speech, loss of balance, weakness on one side of the body, seizures or blurred or double vision could signal a stroke or brain tumor, so always demand prompt medical action in those circumstances. Isolated headache is rarely caused by brain tumors. Individual risk depends on other underlying cancer, conditions such as neurofibromatosis, etc. So is hard to quantify.

Many: Brain tumors can have many different presentations. Some cause headaches, some cause seizures, some cause balance difficulties, some cause focal neurological problems such as weakness on one side of the body or difficulty with language. These tumors aren't too common but they are not terribly rare, so at age 46 you might have one. See your doctor if you have symptoms which worry you.
