Cardiology 51 years experience
Sarcoidosis : There is no cure for sarcoidosis.
Ophthalmology 52 years experience
Treatment: Sarcoid can affect the eye as well as other parts of the body. There is fairly effective treatment which will minimize dysfunction. So even there is no absolute cure, most with sarcoid respond to treatment and live fully functional lives. A good rheumatologist can help along with your ophthalmologist.
