i have weakness and pain in my legs below knee and in hands below elbow. all my tests are normal including vitamin d , ssep , ncv what could be problm?

All your tests?: Peripheral nerve problems could well be a cause of your symptoms, and your listed studies would, in no way answer questions of a small fibre neuropathy. Am baffled why you had an ssep study, which is rarely used outside of spinal surgeries. Consider a second opinion, and obtaining a series of skin punch biopsies to evaluate small fibre process.

EMG: You may have a neuropathy and an EMG may help sort this out. Neuropathy can have many causes and proving you have one can start the work up.
