Sorry, see Dr: If your car malfunctioned, you'd see a mechanic. If you are having difficulty with thoughts, feeling depressed, suicidal thinking, you need medical assistance. There is no benefit to suffering and avoiding care. See your dr or go to er for evaluation and to start treatment. You will likely feel much better in only a few days, and then wonder what you were afraid of. Happens all the time! get help!

Treatment Works!: There are many reasons why you may be feeling this way . The best approach is to get a physical check up and probably see a mental health professional. You can also call a helpline 1-800-273-talk . If you are feeling suicidal it is urgent that you get help immediately. You can call 911 or go directly to a hospital. Treatment does work and you shouldn't have to suffer with these feelings.

Doctors can help: But you do need to see one so s/he can work with you. Your question is very confusing -- you're asking online doctors (who can't see you) to "help" you, but you say you won't see any doctor who can actually see you. I hope you change your mind, because help is really possible. If suicidal, do go to the er or call 911. Longer term, there are doctors in your own community who can help you.
