Fertility: Class a, b, and c drugs and diet pills will not cause problems with being able to conceive (fertility. Class a/b drugs are safe to take while you're pregnant (having conceived. Class c drugs are those that should be taken only if benefits outweigh the risk and preferably not at the time of conception and in the first trimester. Diet pills would not be recommended to take during pregnancy.

Depends.: The a, b, c rating you refer to is so you can avoid a particular medicine during pregnancy because of related birth defects, etc. Appetite suppressantshave no direct effect on fertility. In fact, as obese patients lose weight they become more fertile.

No: The only thing that works for weight loss in the long term is eating less and being more physically active. Making temporary changes and then going back to usual eating habits will result in gaining back the weight you lost. Check out this site to learn about fad diets: http://www.Eatright.Org/public/.

Kinda: If you have little to no estrogen from your ovaries you should not bleed at all. But if you have some in your diet or are overweight you may have bleeding so talk to your obgyn or endocrinologist.
