Call: Call your pediatrician's office right away to discuss. If it is after hours call the pediatrician on call for your practice for further advice.

Call somebody!: If they are having difficulty breathing, are seizing, are dusky or blue, or are lethargic, call 911. Otherwise, call your doctor's office immediately. If there is not a timely response and/or you are not comfortable with waiting, go to the nearest emergency room.
