Thigh Fat: Exercise can be targeted to build muscle mass in certain areas but does not necessarily reduce fat in those areas. You must burn more calories than you consume to lose fat. This requires a combination of exercise and diet. If you still have some excess thigh fat after achieving a healthy body weight then liposuction may be the answer. A general aerobic: Unfortunately it is not possible to create regional fat loss by any method. Best bet is nutritional diet with aerobic exercise.

Not sure: Your question is not very clear. Craving for what? Food exercise, etc? Usually cravings are caused by repeated use of a substance, i.E caffeine, chocolate, etc; your body gets used to this; the best thing is to wean yourself off. You can go cold turkey or slow wean. Drink water because most things are dehydrating, chart to see triggers: menstrual cycle, moods, weather etc to prepare yourself.

It varies: Most leg prosthesis are modular and cost will depend on components. A below the knee (transtibial) will cost less than an above the knee (transfemoral) prosthesis. A basic transfemoral prosthesis (for patients with limited mobility) could include a sach (solid ankle cushion heel) foot, locking knee and custom socket (where the stump fits in). Custom sockets are needed to prevent skin problems.
