Please call your OB: Tonight , all ?S like this should always be asked to your OB 1st, before asking here, could be a vaginal infection, but want to make sure it is not from the cervix becoming too short and trying to go into labor and want to make sure nothing bad going on with the placenta like a previa or clot behind it so please call your OB now for evaluation.
