how to reduce the fat around my back area?

Through overall fat: Loss. Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight in general a certain amt will probably be back fat. However, we don't get to chose what area of the body the fat is lost from. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e., running, swimming, nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country >>.

To lose weight, reducing total number of calories is helpful but the quality of the calories you consume is even more important especially if you exercise regularly and need more calories. Avoid high starchy or sugary foods and eat whole natural foods such as vegetables, and healthy protein such as meats, nuts or beans. This will avoid insulin spikes that can cause fat deposition every where.
