yesterday ate dinner and bent over to get clothes out of dryer. notice bad stinging pain to right of belly button. could it be hernia, gallbladder etc?

Hernia ?: Could be hernia or just muscle strain. Gallbladder very unlikely.

Hernia: If its a hernia, there may be a small lump under the skin in that area. If there is, and you can lay down and push on the lump and it disappears, it is most certainly a hernia. Hope this helps.
