Is there a difference between the compostion of bile that is in the gallbladder.and that drips from the liver into small intestine after gb surgery?

Yes : Bile from gall bladder is more concentrated as much as 30 times, ( less water content ) will have mucous secreted by gall bladder, other than that functionally same, the chemical components are same , as much as 1500 cc or more bile enters the gut , most of bile enters the gut with out going through gb , also body handles with out compromising the normal physiology.
