See your doctor.: Visual changes and arm numbness may be related to complex migraine, but they can be serious warning symptoms of a stroke waiting to happen. Please see your doctor about this asap. I realize you are young - a factor which is on your side. But don't let that keep you from checking this out carefully. Stroke can happen at any age. Btw, stop smoking if you're a smoker!
