Sore Throat: Usually when people get a sore throat, they start looking and noticing the natural taste buds they have on their tongue. Use a good, non-alcoholic mouthrinse and you should be fine in a few days. However, if the pain gets worse or you feel it more serious, go see a physician to take care of your sore throat.

Bumps: Bumps on back of tongue may actually be normal anatomy, or may be a throat infection. Couple this with you4 sore throat and I think it's time to see your primary care provider for a diagnostic evaluation.

I enjoy sleeping with a body pillow, will that worsen my neck pain during pregnancy?

No: I often recommend that pregnant patients sleep with a body pillow as it can help relieve low back pain in pregnancy. Consider a buckwheat stuffed head pillow or foam head pillow if you find you are not getting proper neck support.

I have puss on tonceles and large bumps on back of tongue and throat but don't hurt. Do u know what could be wrong?

Probably normal: If you do not have pain and no fever then this may be normal. All of our tongues have bumps on the back of them and just maybe you never noticed them. The tonsils can collect debris and dead cells that slough off and these can collect as small white plugs in the tonsil itself. If there is no pain it is unlikely that you have an infection.
