Melanoma : Yes melanoma may occur on the scalp, ears, face, inside the mouth, neck , body, under the nails , hands, feet, and in between fingers and toes. See a dermatologist for any suspicious areas.

Yes: The most common areas for melanoma are the sun exposed areas. The back, arms, neck and scalp are the most common areas.
