is lipton black tea or green tea an appropriate treatment for ulcer or acid reflux?

No.: Caffeine in tea (green or black) increases the damaging effect of our own natural stomach acid and will worsen both ulcers and reflux. Sorry. A proton pump inhibitor like prevacid/prilosec once a day will be much more helpful! good luck!
