Is it ok to chew gum, eat breath mints, or use mouthwash after wisdom teeth extraction?

Depends: It depends on the amount of time that has passed since the teeth were removed and the complexity of the procedure. After a week, in most cases it is ok to resume normal activities if ok with the surgeon who did the procedure. The risk of early increased activity is bleeding, infection and dry socket.
