Positional: Sounds like your persistent positioning of arms or legs transiently compresses nerves, such as at elbow or at knee. Not unique, and if it departs rapidly, no cause for worry. Some folks are far more sensitive than others. If this becomes persistent and chronic, have your doctor assess.
