Yes, in moderation: Hepatitis a is cleared by the body and does not cause long term liver damage. Once you have it you will not get infected again. Once your liver enzymes have returned to normal it is ok to use alcohol. Use it in moderation not because of the hepatitis a, but because more than 3 drinks a day in men, or binge drinking, can lead to liver damage itself.
