im having serious arm pain. im wondering if it could have anything to do with the swollen lymph nodes behind my ear?

Doubt it: The lymph nodes behind your ear drain from the tissues of the ear and scalp in general. The lymph nodes of the arm pit drain the breast, chest, arm, and thorax areas. I do not see a connection between the arm pain and the lymph nodes behind the ear.
