Consider the pill : Ibuprofen is probably more helpful than other analgesics. The pill can significantly reduce the heaviness and the discomfort of your period. A progestin only pill, the nuvaring, Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) or an iud are other good options, as is a medication called Lysteda good luck.
