Be careful: Hyper or over hydration is not necessarily a beneficial thing. Water is good for you and you should keep yourself adequately hydrated daily. This usually means 8-10 8 ounce glasses of water throughout the day, of course depending on your perspiration rate, athletics and activities. Over hydration and too much consumption over a short period can lead to low sodium in your blood stream & b harmful.
