Sometimes i hear blood rushing & feel pressure in both ears when i lay down. also, i get dizzy from activities like ring around the rosy. thoughts?

Not uncommon: It, is not uncommon to have a temporary sensation of blood rushing in the head or ears when one first lays down.Be concerned if it is constant particularly just one ear. It is normal to be dizzy after stopping any rotational activity particularly if it is not something that you do regularly. The more one spins the more the brain adjusts and is able to discharge stored rotational information.
