which is the most effective and quickest way to relieve facial sinus pressure?

Dr. Thomas Klein

It depends: It depends on what is causing the pressure. Most likely it is an allergy related issue and antihistamines +/- decongestants may be helpful. Steroid nasal sprays may be needed. Other aids could include an antihistamine or saline nasal spray.
