Not related: Cucumber is a high fiber low calorie food and okay for all diets. Low blood sugar is contributed to by metabolic swings and high carbohydrate, high fat meals. Watch what else you are eating with the cucumber, the other ingredients may be more important in your diet. Be well.

How low?: Hi. Many people call things "hypoglycemia" that have nothing to do with blood sugar. Are you a diabetic on blood sugar lowering drugs (particularly insulin)? If not, you probably don't have low blood sugar. If you ARE a diabetic on insulin (or less likely, a sulfonylurea), You should check your blood sugar when you think you might be low. Talk with your doctor about a good goal BG range.
