I don't have allergies. What could be the cause of me sneezing all the time?

Sneezing: Any irritant in the nose can cause sneezing however; allergy symptoms are caused by histamine release and itching is often noted as well as sneezing. If you know for certain that you do not make allergic antibodies to environmental allergens (after testing by blood or skin test), you might have a low level sinus infection or sensitivity to environmental irritants called "non-allergic rhinitis".
