Metabolic rate: If u maintain a certain caloric intake and activity regimen weight remains constant then your body is in equilibrium. Keep a food diary you should eat aprox 2500 kcal/day to maintain a weight of aprox. 180 lbs. With moderate activity. Food intake should be balanced between carbs/fats/protein. If you want to increase muscle mass there are many programs that can help u. Have doc check thyroid.
