Highly unlikely: Is most likely from the scoliosis . The low back is connected to the upper back which can't function right if the lower back is not working right. It operates as a unit. Bone cancer on the upper spine at your age is something I have never seen. Have you tried physical therapy or chiropractic care?

Unlikely: Bone cancer is very unlikely. It is much more common to have back pain from other causes like scoliosis, overuse/strain, and disk degeneration/herniation. Your doctor will know to evaluate for these things.
