can family doctor prescribe clomid, (clomiphene) all testing was done just not ovulating. day 23 and 28 progesterone blood test was 0.70 nml/l. hsg is now clear.

In the US: A family doc would not prescibe Clomid (clomiphene) that is for a gyn or infert specialist, and if you take Clomid (clomiphene) you should also be on the proper dose of estrogen and progesterone, if you gp does not automatically have u on those also i rec getting referred to a gyn! and sometimes you need a shot of HCG at the proper time to help release the follicle.
