Yes: Anxiety can lead to many physical symptoms, including muscle tension which can produce neck and other pains. I'm glad you've been working with your doctor, and that s/he has found you in good physical health. Anxiety can be effectively treated with psychotherapy and sometimes medications as needed -- especially when chronic & intense. Massage and heat may also directly help the pain.
