Check the culture: If you were diagnosed with a uti, check and see if they sent a urine culture. Sometimes when people prescribe antibiotics, the bacteria causing the infection can be resistant to them. The culture will be able to tell what kind of bacteria, and whether or not it is sensitive to a particular antibiotic. If you were on an antibiotic you should get checked again soon. See your gyn or a urologist.
