Yesterday after showering i noticed little itchy red bumps on my face, neck, and chest. what could this be its itches bad and red. sound serious?

Red bumps: You may be breaking out in urticaria caused by the hot water from the shower. This is known as cholnergic urticaria. Take tepid or luke warm showers rather than hot showers. Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) if necessary before you shower.
