is it normal to have white, creamy like discharge?

Yes: The vagina produces a thin whitish discharge as part of a normal cycle. It may be heavier at certain times during a cycle and less at others. If the discharge is a thick and sticky white and smells like yeast or you have itching or discomfort this could be a yeast infection. Start an oral probiotic 2 x daily to rebuild normal vaginal flora. You may also need to use an over the counter yeast med.
