Sustained Pressure: It is not just how often you squeeze, it is also whether you hold for 8-10 seconds with each repetition. It also depends on your ability to gain strength as well as the amount of injury sustained in the past. At age 15, you should be able to recover in 8-10 weeks depending on the amount of laxity and how consistent you are in doing the exercises.

Kegels: At 15 you should be able to break pencils. While urinating, put a hand on your lower ab's to make sure you don't contract them. As you are urinating, try to stop the flow by focusing on your vaginal area. You could also put a finger in your vagina and feel the tightening as you squeeze. Don't do this while urinating to practice. Do 3-5 sets of 10 throughout the day. Squeeze and hold 5sec on/off.
